Shipping Policy
For a shipping quote simply add an item to your cart and then enter your zip code on the following screen. If a shipping quote is not available, please email us by using the contact form. We ship by Fedex, UPS, and USPS to the US and certain other countries.
Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25% applies to items shipped to a Texas address.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept payments by PayPal, money order, and personal check. If paying by personal check or money order, please allow 7-10 days for your check to clear before item is shipped.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping is at buyers expense, unless there was an error made by us. Item must be unused and returned in the original packaging for refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Please note that merchandise cannot be returned without an authorization number. Return shipments not having prior approval will not be accepted.
Any shipment returned for refund or credit must be returned via traceable means, freight/postage pre-paid. Return authorization number must be clearly marked in large letters on the outside of the package. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your authorized return has been received in satisfactory condition, we will issue a refund or credit within 7-14 days. If item was paid for through Pay Pal, you will be refunded through Pay Pal. Refunds or credits will be for your ordered item(s) only. Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund.
